Experience:

  • 3-4 years of experience in customer service within the construction, chemical, cement, or other large manufacturing sectors.

Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries and verify product availability.
  • Track customer orders and manage order processing.
  • Handle order cancellations, product returns, and exchanges.
  • Resolve customer complaints promptly.
  • Provide insights and reports related to customer service KPIs.
  • Collect and compile customer feedback reports.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Understanding of the construction chemicals industry.
  • Proficiency in SAP for managing customer complaints.
  • Expertise in MS Excel and Power BI.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills.
