Field sales role covering the Midlands

Sika’s Sealing & Bonding team supply direct to applicators with a wide product portfolio largely sitting within the residential sector. We deal with a wide-ranging customer base from specification to multinational companies.

Our teams have a strategic growth plans within targeted application fields, to target the customers and ensure we deliver added value at every level and become the supplier of choice.

To maximise sales and profitability through the education, and relationship management of customers and potential customers.

The Opportunity:  

Developing both existing and new customers by implementing strategies that assist in delivering the required results in line with company targets, whilst maintaining compete records of activity and progress within our CRM system.  Success will be proven through results and customer feedback; Open mindedness is key to staying one step ahead.

Your expertise - Our strength

  • 2 years previous sales experience – ideally within the construction industry
  • Highly self-motivated
  • Clean UK driving licence
  • IT Literate
