The Support:

You’ll be joining a supportive and experienced sales team, who have all negotiated their own journeys to become successful sales professionals. You will be assigned a buddy in the early days who you will shadow during your initial weeks and months in the role and a mentor who will provide coaching to support your longer-term personal development.

The Skills:

Enrolment on the Sika Sales Academy where you will study and achieve a Level 4 Sales Executive qualification and also explore and develop the behaviours and attributes that will enhance your personal effectiveness and confidence. Also a significant commitment to professional and personal development from day one, including a comprehensive local induction to include an overview of the sales process and professional product knowledge.

The Future: 

Potential Career Routes: Business Development, Area Technical Manager or similar.

  • Willingness, with support to complete an Sales Executive (Level 4) apprenticeship course of study over 12-18 months.

  • Full Driving Licence and ideally experience of motorway driving
  • The ability to work at height.
  • Ideally Level 2 Maths and English
