We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce project manager and architect for our team in Zürich (Switzerland) who will be responsible for projects and architecture of our global salesforce org. We're using Sales, Service and Experience Cloud plus Pardot to name a few. Key functions of the global org include key project management support including cross-org visibility, Customer Identity and Access management and global complaint management. You will be managing projects involving our internal team which is located in Zurich and Madrid and with external partners that extend our development resources and implement projects. We expect you to provide architectural guidance for all projects related to our global org including integrations with 3rd party systems and with the regional salesforce orgs of Sika. Your will leverage your broad and sound knowledge of the salesforce product landscape to advise global and regional stakeholders on the capabilities and opportunities provided by the Salesforce platform. You will also collaborate with the salesforce teams that manage the regional salesforce orgs of Sika.
In addition to the knowledge of salesforce, we expect a sound general IT knowledge including system integration and demonstrated hands-on experience in project management for salesforce. A hands-on attitude towards challenges is also appreciated.
The Service Line Application Services of Sika Informationssysteme AG is managing the global non-ERP applications of the Sika group like Salesforce.com, the web site (Adobe AEM), product information management (Hybris/Stibo), EDMS (Yuuvis), eShop (Hybris), the Microsoft power Platform and many more tools and platforms. Salesforce.com is the strategic platform of Sika for CRM.
Service Line Application Services has a team of 25+ technical experts located in two sites (Zurich and Madrid), supported by a strong network of partners. The primary goal is to improve the overall customer experience across all digital channels and customer touchpoints, both for internal and external customers of Sika.
